BioSo much to tell...so little space. My name is Brett. Im here and im queer....and at times i feel like the only one. i reside with in the district of hell commonly known as University of Hartford. I come from a family that doesn't know me and a town i wish to forget.
Im a pisces..aka...very intuitive but mentally lazy. Due to tramatic elements of the past..including two rape experiences...i have learned to build bigger walls than Berlin and China put together. As part of the defense, i have aquired more masks than broadway's dressing rooms. It is safe to say that there are few who know me...inside and out. If u think you know...your only hitting the tip of the ice berg.
After years of ridicule, I finally met James and Danielle. The two people who i could finally call my friends without worry of sharp public displays of embarassment. Danielle became my sister, and james became my Brother. Together we three aquired the greatest deffense against society....biting sarcasm laced with a touch of cynical humor. Together we we're a family.
My place is with them and with out them, i am lost. I have no identity. I have no purpose.
But now i am with out them. I am at college, danielle is at home, and james is going to job corps. the wings of insanity are cloaking out vision as we long for each other more so than ever before.
This journal is a form of counciling for me. so...allow me to raise a glass to the good times and vomit on the rest.
